I’m only listening/watching local tv and radio so I’m not being subjected to the overblown hype of the nationals and thus not hearing from FEMA - just the local emergency folks.

For one thing, it’s pretty much a metaphysical certainty that Coney Island will be completely destroyed.
It’s not just an abandoned amusement park; 50,000 people live there.
