Is President Barack Obama on the verge of being attacked by a bunny wabbit?
Absolutely.
All the signs suggest that Obama is in immediate danger of a rabbit attack. It would ruin what's left of his presidency. And it would horrify Democrats by ushering in, say, a President Bachmann.
It might happen while he's on that ridiculous vacation of his. Obama is chilling at some exclusive multimillion-dollar estate on Martha's Vineyard, even as thousands more Americans hit the unemployment lines, and as Republicans like Michele Bachmann make wild-eyed, crazed claims about bringing back $2 per gallon gas.
"I think it's a little too early yet for the president to be attacked by a rabbit," cautioned a veteran Chicago Democrat wise in the ways of Obama. "But it's close. Real close."
Anyone who thinks Obama is safe from a rabbit attack has forgotten what happened to President Jimmy Carter In 1979. Carter was attacked by a swimming rabbit, and the subsequent "Killer Rabbit" stories helped destroy his presidency. It led to the election of Republican Ronald Reagan in a landslide and an unprecedented economic revival.
There are eerie similarities.

The next election is a little over a year away. The next President can undo what this one has done with a new set of executive orders. The saving grace in this is that government moves so slowly. Had he done this day one of his administration the damage would have been far worse.

It is already starting. Once just ONE liberal MSM outlet starts they will all go and follow. They fight over that liberal crowd for ratings. They can ignore Fox because it isn’t in their demographics, but they can’t ignore each other.

He's worse. Far worse. Carter did some stupid things, but this guy is diabolically adept at doing the worst thing for AMerica, evry time. Moreover, he seems to see no limit to his power, and is driven by what appears to be hatred of Caucasians and Western Civilization. His contempt for protocol and his incessant vacationing make Carter look like Bob Cratchett, as far as work goes, and his living the high life--conspicuously--on the dime of an America with record numbers of unemployed (without cooking the books).
Even Carter wasn't that classless.
At best Obama is an embarassment to the United States of America, at worst, an enemy.
And I fear, when his whole 'messianic' trip falls glaringly flat on its face, I think things will get really ugly.

I think the rabbit had little to do with Reagan beating Carter. Stagflation had more to do with it, and the Panama Canal, and Iran, and appeasing the Russians (SALT II)followed by Afghanistan. And then there was the famous “malaise speech”:

I saw a very large yacht in Lauderdale that had many “oars” but I didn’t see anyone “paddling”. :^}
