All the physicians are on that level. Some of the lawyers, but usually those newly elected into office. Every congressman is representative of interest-groups. There are many publics, so no one public interest, except on certain occasions.
Your post was a bit obtuse, but I gather that you’re pouring cold water on the idea that there are any citizen public servants in office nowadays.
