my kids get vaccinated against everything.

My oldest was old enough to make the gardisil choice herself.
She figured, while she could always be certain what she had been up to - she could never be certain what anyone else had been up to.

The first shot made her feel ill - but we thought that was no biggy. Other shots will give you a fever or make you feel achy.

The second time she went in the nurse left the room after giving her the shot. When the nurse returned my daughter was unconscious and having a seizure. She had vomitted and her lips were blue.
At the time Merck was denying this was a possible side affect, but have since added this possibility to their literature.

I have 2 other daughters who will not receive this injection until they figure out what the heck is causing that kind of reaction in some of these girls.

Sounds reasonable to me. There is always a chance of a adverse reaction to any vaccine or medication. Hopefully over time like all vaccines it will get better. Maybe someday cervical cancer can be very rare or like small pox gone except in laboratories worldwide.
