On Face the Nation, Norah O'Donnell asked DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz (a congresswoman from Florida) about her recent claim that the nation's economic situation has gotten better since President Obama took office. After all, O'Donnell pointed out, unemployment is up about 25 percent since January 2009, and 13.5 million more people are on food stamps since then. Predictably, Wasserman Schultz replied that it's all Bush's fault: "President Obama inherited a huge problem -- the worst recession that we've had since the Great Depression, created by the failed policies of the previous Republican administration,

Yeah. Its called Debbie Wasserman-Schultz. She's a human talking point. It doesn't matter if its contradictory. Why waste time looking for logic in what she says? There is none, other than what sounds best in attacking Republicans at the moment she is saying it.

Just an observation: Does anybody remember “Georgette” from, if memory serves me she was a character on the Mary Tyler Moore TV show?
Everytime I see, read, or hear Debbie Wasserman Schultz, I think of “Georgette”, and the word “ditz”.

When Obama said “new taxes for the wealthy” she *thought* he said “do crack, it’s healthy” and she’s been babbling like a Zambezi witch doctor with Tourette’s ever since.

I don’t watch Face the Nation. I guess Debbie likes to lie and say that Obama saved or created 2M jobs, thinking people believe her. If that doesn’t work, of course it’s Bushes fault. Every word out of her mouth is a lie.
Ya, I thought of the Debbie in Dallas thing too. Hate to have my mind in the gutter like that.........
On the other hand, I have no thoughts of Debbie Wasserman-Schultz in that manner at all...............
