Sarah Palins seemingly surprise appearance at the Iowa State Fair this week drew some questions from the press about whether or not she was trying to steal the media spotlight from other GOP candidates. Tonight she appeared via live feed to Fox News host Sean Hannity to discuss the GOP debate last night, which included her praise of Newt Gingrich for taking on the media(Fox Newss Chris Wallace) and drew cheers from the crowd when she proclaimed I AM still considering a run for president.
Hannity simpply asked the former Governor of Alaska are you considering a run for the presidency of the United States? Palin replied I am still considering a run, Sean, adding I think the good folks near iowa, you can ask be in here and I think they would tell you, it is time this country is put back on the right track. She then went on to make many of the predictable talking points to the adoring crowd surrounding her. Watch below, courtesy of Fox News:

I would not consider it to be "indecisive". Obviously she had her mind made up long ago that she'd run under certain circumstances. Perhaps whatever circumstances those were she sees coming to light now.
She was Governor of a state so it's not like she's just a normal everyday person off the street that has no knowledge about the political world.
This is an interesting point you make. I remember having a Democratic boyfriend back in the day when Clinton won. He went to some debate with three other candidates for president and when Clinton’s team drove up and Clinton stepped out of him limo, my boyfriend knew he was going to be the next president. The others were in the fray for quite awhile, Clinton waited and pounced at just the right time. Reagan same thing. A true leader sucks all the air out of the room.
She'll also have more money, once she announces, than most.
"Organization"? Well, Romney has lots of that and ditto the last time; it did him absolutely NO good whatsoever.
She missed nothing at the Iowa debate. What a joke that was. I’m glad she didn’t participate in that.
By the way. That was the very LAST liberal boyfriend I even had. From then on out I met my conservative man and surprise, surprise . . . I finally wanted marriage. Funny how a real man has that impact on a woman. If I find out a man is a liberal now or just spineless moderate as much as I might converse—let’s just say there is no attraction for this girl :-D.
You mean she was surrounded by all those palindrones, palin-bots, cultists, palinistas?? /sarc
LOVE YA SARAH!
These early debates are NOT serious things at all. The damned "cattle-call" nature of them, as well as FOX's terrible handling of them, makes them a sick joke.
This is kind of bad news because I don’t want Romney more than I want Sarah (sorry Sarah). If she gets in after Perry, they will split the conservitave and anti-Romney vote among too many candidates and Romney will get the moderates, and maybe even some delusional conservatives. That will likely put him on top in the early primaries which matter a great deal. I can see Romney getting NH and FL, at least. SC would probably go for Perry or Palin, but I don’t see much luck for them in the others while they split the vote everywhere else.
She’s acting like a political borderline personality type. Also passive aggressive.
Hey, I’ll torture my fans and they’ll love me more. And there are a LOT on here that eat that up too.
Chris Wallace: "Candidate#1, Back in (YEAR) you once said (ADD A QUOTE)but in (RECENT YEAR) (FIND CONTRADICTION - just google). How do you explain that?"
Thanks for the stats. It helps us put things into perspective. Pretty interesting!
Plotting that trend line says Palin should have announced last Monday. She missed her chance :^)
She's a "political borderline personality type".
She's "passive aggressive".
She's "torturing her fans".
All because she chooses to announce her intentions in August/September.
What utter nonsense.
Sorry, couldn't resist.
If it will make you feel better, John Kerry lost.
How about Bush back in 1999/2000.
(rolling eyes)
Q
The race is on and she’s in the neutral setting.
Hey, I say s#@! or get off the pot. It’s PAST due. Perry, if he doesn’t come out tomorrow, is done for me too.
Our lineup sucks. Perry would help a bit. Palin has waayyyyyyy too much negative % to beat hussein even at his lowest.
If Perry delays anymore I’ll have to reconsider everything. I’m not going support him if he delays though.
The moronic question ( about her husband ) to Bachmann and their prodding of TPaw to fight with Michele were disgusting.
And giving all that time to Ron Paul?
