Why do any of the many of things she's said and done over the last year, if she's "not running"?

Some, yes. Some are paid disruptors, and some are just scared s***less over the prospect of another awakening of America, but perhaps I repeat myself...
I have no ill for Bachman, Cain, DeMint, or any other tea party fellow travelers.
