The MSDNCers are livid because they know they weren't successful tonight.
Maddow and the Dem are now begging the moderate Republican to switch seats or "work with the Democrats".
If Darling wins and the GOP holds the Senate, this will be a huge defeat for the unions and they know it. Yes, they won 2 seats, but one was expected and the other was incredibly close.

I am not a jest. And don’t call me Shirley. :p
My Leslie Nielsen jokes are done for the night. To those providing updates an WI tonight, I just want to say thanks, and good luck ... we’re all counting on you. :)
fivethirtyeight Nate Silver by SykesCharlie Darling (R) now ahead in WI-SD8 after votes from Waukesha County. MKE votes still out, but Pasch (D) will probably be ~1800 votes short.
They see it now. They followed Obama’s lead. They can try again in 25 or so years.

11:15 PM: Darling expects Waukesha Co. results to take an hour
At 11 p.m., Darling got up to announce that it would take an hour to get results from Waukesha County.
“Let’s hope Menomonee Falls, and the rest of Mequon come through,” she said to applause.
She again called her family members and fellow GOP legislators to come up and get a round of applause. “We’re just killing time here,” she admitted.
Darling didn’t say anything about unofficial results showing a loss in Shorewood (74 percent to Pasch compared to 26 percent for Darling), but it might have been on her mind, because she specifically mentioned that the Shorewood School District would save money as a result of the new collective bargaining changes, “money that can now go into the classroom,” she said.
The crowd had thinned noticeably by 11 p.m., and people began to leave.

Oh, I know. My sister refuses to speak to me anymore since the last round of elections and my subsequent joy and the Tea Party’s success. Flat out refuses. That’s here in GA, a Red State Stronghold. She didn’t even call me on my birthday. Told me a few months back she’s considering becoming an expat if things don’t “improve” (get more liberal again) here in the states. They’re getting more bitter because they’re getting more afraid.
No, if this lead holds for Darling, yes, Pasch loses the race, but.....the real losers are labor unions, teachers included, the Democrat Party, and that POS, POTUS Barack Hussein (hate America) Obama!!! I’m impressed, the “good guys” are finally becoming street fighters. The revolt against Obama is fully aflame, not only in the great state of Wisconsin, but....across this entire nation. The liberal “dirt bags” threw all they had against you, money, manpower, lies, cheating, etc., and.....they got spanked. And......they have no idea how badly they will get spanked next year, November, 2012!!! Read my lips, liberal dirt bags, “There is no such thing as a free lunch, especially using other people’s money!!!!”.

Darling expands lead to 53% - 47% / Defeat Obama FB page
I think you’re right. There’s 4 more precincts left in heavily GOP Waskesha/Ozaukee. That should put Darling up by about 4K. Don’t think there are enough votes in Milwaukee to overcome that.
