Pulling 78% of the vote in Washington County really helps Alberta. I’m a bit worried about Falls, it’s becoming more liberal and has been a center of the teacher’s union activities. Lots of teachers from other districts live in the Falls.

I can’t see the Rats making up those numbers - too far behind in most races, not in the can yet, but I’m feeling good ....
Just a thought....does anyone have the numbers from the last election? I would think that if voter turnout is the same we will see similar outcomes.
The Dems need three. We need just two out of the other four. Retaining control would be a victory and send an important message for 2012. The Dems (read unions) have poured an enormous amount of money into these races. Failing to gain control of the Senate would be a major defeat.

Does anyone know if any of the races have been called yet? I’m trying to keep on on several websites and this thread; but my brain is fried.
True, but the Falls taxpayers got screwed by a teacher union backed school board giving the teachers a far better deal without open meetings than they should have gotten after the Walker Bill.
May help our side.
Amen. Very encouraging.
Woo HOO!!!
Go TEA Party! (oops. wrong thread.. or is it? ;-)
5 of 6 would be nice but 6 of 6 would really send liebral heads popping..
Well, I must say, THAT is reassuring!....so far.....
Have the dead votes been counted yet? :)

Bump for later reading...
Only the media and the short-sighted politicians “call” an election.
The people who really want the truth wait until all the votes are in.
No offense ... Just sayin’
Nothing’s been called yet, but Cowles and Harsdorf look pretty solid.
Remember, if a democrat is up by one vote, it’s a clear victory and mandate, but if a Republican is up by 20 percent, it’s a close result and shows the electorate wants the GOP to accept the democrat agenda.
I want to see Ed Schultz cry.
and then the recounts LOL
Bump for the morning
