I have explained in other threads that in the event of a death, all involved will be ‘arrested’ until facts are cleared up. I have explained in other threads that only a tiny minority of householders have been jailed, as they were deemed to have gone way beyond self defence.
We have the right of self defence. I know, as I had to invoke it against a burglar in 2008.
