A few years ago I read a piece (wish I could remember who published it) that asked a participant in the LA Riots why they burned the businesses in their neighborhood and I’ll never forget the response; “because the businesses in the hood take advantage of the black man’s weaknesses.”(Liquor stores, Pawn Shops, etc.) I remember thinking, why isn’t this guy out gunning down the local crack dealer?

Yeah, I tend to think all the “social media” organizing must be hatched in the brains of someone inside the power structure. I hardly consider myself a tactical genius but if tonight I had to plan a flash mob, it certainly wouldn’t be down the block from my own house.

Because the guy was the local crack dealer that’s why he wasn’t gunning for him.
