I agree, somewhat. However, if you shut down the communications that would put decent people at a disadvantage. Imagine being in the middle of that and trying to call for help. With all the fires going on I would imagine there will be a death toll. May not ever hear of it though. Just like you’ll never hear any mention of the details of the thugs that are involved. Are they cranky Christians? Angry Amish? Jaded Jews? Pissed off Protestants?

Hearing reports of lookouts communicating with those rioting. If lookouts, or scouts are deployed, these is no effective means to corral these thugs without shutting down their communications. I realize your concerns for the innocent but without communications the choppers, in the air, can direct a counter attack ... the other choice, the one currently being employed allows for maximum damage via torching buildings and emboldens the thugs on the street ... imho
They are Anarchists. Soon the people will beg to be saved and that leads to a dictatorship.
Thing to do is find the leaders...and there are leaders in this. Then hang them.
