“No reason we shouldn’t act on the, NOW!” says he.
His platitudes re the troops are disgusting in light of the “historic” cuts in defense spending he favors. He equate “their legacy” with HIS plans for the country.

The "payroll tax credit" is a gimmick. It's borrowing from Social Security and will have to be "paid back" through general tax revenues.
What kind of economy has he lead if 99 weeks isn't enough unemployment insurance?
