Tea Party ‘terrorists’? The ruling class comes unglued
Jeffrey T. Kuhner

**SNIP**

Leftist expediency now requires that the most heinous, reckless and degrading comments be used. Tea Partyers are not simply being slandered, they are being dehumanized. Ironically, it is liberals who are paving the way for potential political violence. Terrorists, hostage-takers, suicide bombers, neo-Nazis, the Christian Taliban — all of the epithets regularly thrown at Tea Party members by rabid progressives — eventually foster one overriding emotion: hatred. It is not much of a leap for some deranged Democratic activist to conclude that the only way to defeat the phantom specter of marching right-wing jihadists is to slaughter them. The Black Panthers, the Weathermen, the Symbionese Liberation Army, the Unabomber — the U.S. radical left has been littered with violent movements marked by the irrational loathing of a menacing Middle America.

Yet the recent attacks on Tea Partyers are more than dangerous and hypocritical. They represent the gradual dissolution of America’s social compact. We are no longer one nation, but two – liberal and conservative. Blue state versus red state; left versus right; progressivism versus traditionalism. The country is splintering along ideological lines. In some ways, it was inevitable. The 1960s unleashed powerful forces — militant feminism, anti-Americanism, pacifism and the sexual revolution. Radical leftists have ruthlessly pursued their goal to erect a multicultural social democracy. Having slowly taken over the commanding heights of popular culture, the universities, public schools, the courts, the establishment media and the mammoth federal bureaucracies and government agencies, they are on the cusp of achieving their national transformation. The Obama presidency is the culmination of the 1960s left’s long march to power.

This is why Tea Party activists are so reviled by liberal Democrats: They are traditional America’s last line of defense.

Add evil verses good, satanic verses Godly, the have-nots verses the haves, the takers verses the workers and etc. to the list.

Ask anyone who has ever survived a civil war (as in Bosnia or Somalia): having been on the "right" side does not diminish the physical extent of the catastrophe or the psychic damage it inflicts even on the just. Simply put: this shit has to stop now, or we will all be waist deep in it.

You seriously believe that we can "stop" this by demanding that progressives knock off the flammable rhetoric? The left is nearly irredeemable, and isn't coming back to sanity anytime soon. They're using the well worn play book of their Nazi and Bolshevik forebears, and will soon begin moving past flaming rhetoric, to real violence.

The author is right. Our country is almost on a war footing between left and right. The left dominates nearly every one of society's command and control points, and is already using their inherent power to destroy all opposition to the realization of their long quest to transform America.

They feel themselves losing their grip at the 11th hour, and will stop at nothing to achieve their ultimate goal. War is upon us, whether we want it, or not.

Our forefathers would be shooting by now. The Tea Party is extremely reserved and patient in comparison with those that said “enough is enough” back in the 1770s.

I ask is it better to die a free man than live another day under the this faux freedom we endure?

Never in my lifetime have the words and wisdom of the Founding Fathers spoke to us more clearly. Our "leaders" of today are mere pisants as compared to the Founders.

Samuel Adams:

“Our contest is not only whether we ourselves shall be free, but whether there shall be left to mankind an asylum on earth for civil and religious liberty”

"How strangely will the Tools of a Tyrant pervert the plain Meaning of Words!

If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude than the animated contest of freedom, go from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains sit lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen!"

“A general dissolution of principles and manners will more surely overthrow the liberties of America than the whole force of the common enemy. While the people are virtuous they cannot be subdued; but when once they lose their virtue then will be ready to surrender their liberties to the first external or internal invader.”

“It does not take a majority to prevail ... but rather an irate, tireless minority, keen on setting brushfires of freedom in the minds of men.”

At the end of this month I am moving from Minnesota to Texas. And I can see myself supporting Texas secession, if it got to that point.

Make sure your AC is in working order before you get here. Ya'll are gonna need it. While ya'll are headed this way, load up a train of tanker cars and bring some of that extra water ya'll have up thar.

Yes indeed, be ever vigilant and careful.

I read stuff and there sure are plenty of effed-up individuals out there expressing their frustrations on the world-wide-web. They're on the edge. They maybe over the edge. Telling someone their free stuff will not be there any longer is like pulling a pin on a grenade. They're gonna go off.

Stay safe.

Irving? Eeeee-doggie! I'm in Irving too!

We'll have to hook up some time and fight in person! LOL

Welcome to Texas, FRiend.

The government has been given enormous new powers to “fight terrorism”.

Is anyone surprised that, in just a few short years, those powers are to be turned upon us?

Wherever and whenever, since 1789, the Left acquires as much power as they now have in the US, mass killings follow in short order.

Noticed in a current USA Today that the HIGH temp in Mexico City is cooler than Aspen. WTF? Has Texas cornered the market on the heat sponge?

And we haven't yet determined if it's sponge worthy.

I think it will take a lot more than merely demanding as individuals that Progressives cease their rhetoric: we need to organize a national effort to stand up to their bullying tactics, make it plain that what they are doing will lead to violence, and inform Americans that inciting such violence is exactly what they want.

We, on the other hand, wish to be left alone, free to work and create and pray without being assaulted by left-wing radicals who preach hatred and demand unearned benefits at the point of a gun.

Martin Luther King and Mahatma Gandhi were brilliant at non-violent resistance. They both died for it, but won millions of followers, and ultimately, their battles. I think it is worth a try, before we start building barricades. But for the record: all my guns are loaded, always.

Telling someone their free stuff will not be there any longer is like pulling a pin on a grenade. They're gonna go off.

You mean like flash mobs of young blacks robbing stores, beating white people at fairs, kicking and stomping a white person to death - - Oh wait, that already happened.

There is no clause that enables secession...

Any people have a natural / inalienable right to break the political bands that bind them to others - no matter what is written by men to the contrary.

"Contrast this to the shooting of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords, Arizona Democrat, which triggered a huge — and largely manufactured — debate about the devastating effects of incendiary rhetoric. In particular, the media and political class blamed Sarah Palin, conservative talk radio and the American right for the tragedy — ...."

WHY are people so afraid to use the word, "atrocity"??? THIS incident was NOT a tragedy, it was an ATROCITY! Just like 9/11, Norway, ANY school shootings, Oklahoma City, etc. Those were ALL atrocities, NOT tragedies. A tragedy is a car crash, a flood, a plane crashing - things that are disasters that we cannot control. When it's a disaster that is deliberate, use the word, ATROCITY!!! Please!
