What do you mean? Seems I remember Perry pulled the ‘Sanctuary City’ bill back up in the special election to try to get it pushed through. That bill had many of the same components AZ1070 in it. Or didn’t you notice?
It wasn’t Perry’s fault that the many RINO’s who supported Bush are still in the Texas House and failed to pass it.
What happened with the sanctuary cities bill is that Attorney General Greg Abbott suggested revision of the language in order to make it Constitutional according to case law.
