Homeland Security would have been on it like white on rice... and Jesse would be shaking down some rich white businesses in the area. Whites and Tea Party members would ALL be called terrorists.
In answer to your question - no - it's NEVER terrorism when a liberal victim group commits the crime. Blacks are members of a liberal victim group, so they're innocent. Bill Ayers is a member of a liberal victim group - so he's innocent too. Sarah Palin on the other hand, is a real threat to the stability of the United States.
The left has found the perfect vehicle to live out their sick fantasies of using the power of the state to punish their ideological opponents.
