On the plus side, Concealed Carry in WI takes effect in November. On the minus side, a white person who shoots a black person in Milwaukee will probably not enjoy the ride through the city’s criminal justice system.

I read a comment from the article about concealed carry:
“Do you people believe that ONLY law abiding citizens would have had conceled weopons, think how bad this could have been if these animals had been carrying? Or just all the guns ablazing the number of bystanders that would have been hurt!”
I had to laugh at this persons idiocy.
