Despite her politics, glad she's back.

Now, Arizona, vote her out and get a conservative in!

If any good came from her suffering it’s that the RATs have turned down the heat on their rhetoric...

I’m sorry guys. I’m glad she’s doing great and wish her the best, but all I see from this is the same ol’ Democratic ‘Drama Llama’ crapola. She’s just being used as a prop. Quite frankly, I find it disgusting.

I'm glad she is doing recovering physically. She has gone through a lot and I wish her well. I hope she decides to get away from politics and enjoy the life she almost lost.

The first time I heard of her was not when she was shot, but when she made a grandstand play on the floor of the congress in support of her MoveOn.org friends and allies. It was during their slandering and derision of General David Patreus when he was brought here from Afghanistan to testify before congress. Giffords used her opportunity (and intellect) to demand from him an explanation of what he was doing as commanding general to reduce the carbon foot print of our fighting forces in the middle east.

I hope her retirement is eminent.

It was good to see her but......

IMO Obama and the democrats made out better than they should have on this and in an effort to distract over how much we're really getting screwed here, they brought her out. I know I'm cynical but it was the thought that ran through my head as soon as I saw the image of her waving while surrounded by the usual suspects.

I agree. Glad she is back.

I don't agree with her on many issues, but I want to commend her on the work she has done on behalf of Pastor Yousef who is scheduled to be executed in Iran. She has been one of the most vocal leaders in Congress in trying to assure his release.

On the whole, I would much rather see a Conservative in her seat, but she does deserve credit for her stance and her diligence on this particular issue, and I respect her courage and determination in making it back to the job.

I predict Biden will bow out in 2012 and Giffords will be 0bama’s running mate. I think she will be very handy to use for his future gun-grabbing agenda. He will also offer her the VP position to court the female vote. I hope I’m wrong, but when I saw her today, that was my first thought.
Jim’s wife.

She looks pretty good in this clip. Her right arm dangles and she looks a trifle unsteady, but she can certainly move about. No one’s holding her up. It’s a safe bet she can’t talk too well. But you can definitely tell that the lights are on and she’s all there.

Glad she’s much much better and back, BUT this was a distraction from the vote, and we all know it.
