If he normally rents this cottage out I can’t say there’s anything wrong here. Otherwise it gives him a financial incentive to stay at home instead of the veep’s house.

But these are our selfless
public servants just working their butts off for the American people.
Would you deny Mother Teresa the occasional crust of bread?

Ive already informed Admin Moderator to delete my thread. "Informed" instead of "asked"?
Don't let that "MD" title go to your head much, do you?
You know, we threw off that yoke in the 18th century. No royalty here.
You have a job title, it does not make you royalty.
In fact, it makes you highly suspect as regards overbilling
for services, relying upon the government to pay the high dollars to you.
"Informed" the moderator indeed. HA.

Well, this will certainly endear him to the Sectet Service. The more the SS and military loathe the Fiend and Vice Fiend, the better.

Biden only draws a pittance for his monumental work for "we the people?"
So what if he rents out the cabin behind his mansion for a few pennies?

You have a job title, it does not make you royalty. And you have a comma splice.
...in addition to other grammar errors.

I tossed those in just to attract you.
Worked like a charm.
Now, let’s see how the “I’M ROYALTY” medical tech responds.

What is wrong with you? Couldn’t get into med school?
Did you ever stop to think that maybe she lives in Maryland?

The Delaware Residential Landlord Tenant Code (see 25 Del. C. §5118) is very landlord-friendly. Combine that with federal procurement rules and it looks like a recipe for some nice charges.
Note, though, IANAL.

VP Biteme, so cheap ! He ought to be charged the same amount for hit Secret Service protection.

Medical?
Are you clueless enough that you don’t know how to click a person’s handle to see that she’s from MD?
Or did you just assume the “MD” meant “Medical Doctor”?

Did you ever stop to think that maybe she lives in Maryland? Yeah, I asked that question once.
I was told not to question her highness the medical technician.
What is wrong with you?
Not a thing. Do you want to worship medical techs? Call them by a title?
Do you often find yourself looking for someone to worship in that way?

No...I call medical techs “Doctor” because even surgeons (i.e., medical techs) have earned that title. ;-)

Leave the good doctor alone. Why?
The "good doctor" presumes to "tell" the moderators here what to do.
The "good doctor" presumes to use her job title in her name
in order to drag up a bit of respect she does not deserve.
Most folks would spit on that kind of elitist presumption.
