It very well may be that a "NO" vote on this bill does NOT mean what you think it does. A vote against a bill that is still undecided is a principled stand. A vote at the gavel against a bill that already has enough votes for passage is a deception.
I think perhaps the problem is in the wording.
Some waited until the final seconds. Some waited until the final minutes.

They were a NO vote when it blocked the bill, and they were a NO vote even when they knew it would pass. It was a principled vote!
I applaud them for it! A breath of fresh air in the cesspool known as Washington DC.
