The time frame is a big issue with Obama. He insists the deal goes through to 2013 to avoid hurting his poll numbers at election time.

Trump was on FOX yesterday said the Republicans need to stand firm on their shorter time frame. If they keep the time frame before election Obama will have a tough time being re-elected, this is a big issue with voters.
