Amazing- just heard on the news that there is no death penality in Norway and the maximum sentence that can be imposed for any crime is 21 years in prison.
At his age, this means this monster could walk out a free man before he is 50 years old!!
He committed over 92 charges of 1st degree murder. I doubt he gets out anytime soon.
