The SoCal McDonald’s massacre was maybe 30 people. There was Columbine, but I think that was like 40 people. Then there was a South Korean policeman about 25 years ago, and he killed maybe 60 people.

I think this would be #1.

Current record is 57 in South Korea in 1982 - at least when it comes to single gunmen. If more than one person was involved, it’s a different story.

Depends on the final number. The previous record was held by Janet Reno in early 1993 when she ordered the immolation of 74 men, women and children. Add in the murders at the time of the raid (six) and you have eighty.

Luby's massacre, 1991, 23 killed, 20 wounded.
Virginia Tech, 2007, 32 killed, 25 wounded.
San Ysidro McDonald's massacre, 1984, 22 killed, 19 wounded.
Columbine, 1999, 13 killed, 21 wounded.
Srebrenica, 1995, 8,000 killed.

Oh, I almost forgot, though they weren't all killed by bullets, 76 people were massacred in Waco in a single incident.
