In my referenced source, Gov. Chris Christie of NJ met recently in Manhattan with some business tycoons who were trying to persuade him to run. The next to the last paragraph states that several said that "they are Republicans, but voted for Barack Obama in 2008 because they disagreed with having Sarah Palin on the GOP ticket."
What is frickin' wrong with people? Has this nation gone nuts. I know a college-graduate banker who voted for Obama because he did not like the way Sarah Palin said: "You betcha."

“mutt” is relatively close to the bottom of my list, although most of the other pretenders are further down.
Any improvement over mclame would require very precise measuring. And he sure won’t have Palin as VP to give any attraction.
Hopefully Palin with toss her hat in and she will pick Rick.
It is necessary to deal with reality, however unpleasant. The fact is that most voters vote for someone they like as much as for someone whose policies they like (especially since politicians have a bad habit of concealing their true policy preferences during a campaign). Look on the bright side — this is probably the main reason unlikeable Gore and Kerry never made it......
Like a Freeper once said, “Only the MEDIA can create a MEDIA FRENZY”
No it does not, since I agree with you, however, I was shocked at the Palin supports response when he jerked his KKK sheet off his head. I had no idea the white supremacy crowd had signed on.
Or know it's all a sport - we get the same policies regardless of who holds the offices. Only the rhetoric for public consumption changes.
I'm of the mind that it's the GOP's job to show the differences in philosophy glove-less. Taking the high road and NOT pointing out that your opponents philosophy is a philosophy of slavery is the problem. Not once do I ever hear a politician ask the question "By what right?" does my opponent believe he can usurp your individual rights at the point of a gun.
Now y'all can flame me that the GOP really believes in a philosophy of slavery and I'd have to agree.
“They were at least honorable in the great crash and jumped.”
No, actually they didn’t. That’s just a myth that has grown after the fact.
20?
White supremacists like Sarah Palin’s interracial marriage and mixed race children?
I doubt it.
They are libertarian types, anti-social conservatism.
Idiot, no one said a word about anyone’s children. Except you, that is, do you have something against interracial children, since you brought it up.
You brought up white supremacy and Palin support, don’t you think that is pretty bizarre for a mixed race family?
To use your language, idiotic?
It would be idiotic to think that white supremacists would sign on as Palin supporters which is what I interpreted you as saying.
Is that what you were saying?
When you started with the mixed race slur, I assumed you were one of his friends. Please leave politicians young children out of your future remarks. If they are adults it is a different matter.
See my tag line.
When you made your racist attack against Palin supporters, and thereby the Palins, I figured your idiotic claim needed to be disputed.
You have already disclosed your position, now,do not bring up any more children.
My position is that your anti-Palin trolling has even led you to make racist attacks against her supporters.
As far as you laying off the Palin children, please do. We don’t need to read posts like these about the Palin children.
DUH, and my life experience is what, I was too dumb to keep my bloomers on. God what a bimbo!!!

Cannot separate statements made about an adult from your racist remark about kids. The little low IQ is a grown adult, the last time I checked. And she was a loose bloomer type a long time before I said anything, from all evidence I have seen, but she was a grown adult when I said it.
Odd how there was never a “we aren’t ready for a female president” story when Hillary was about to get the nomination. Odd how we hailed a darker skin shade as a “historic” election, but a female would be too unsettling for us. Odd how the GOP is painted as having the intolerant voters, yet is the only party that even cares about race- or gender-neutral laws.
