Of course, you are correcto. Anyone who follows politics closely could see this coming for weeks. The GOP leadership has been read the riot act by Wall St. and are terrified about the consequences, real or imagined, of a default. And Obama, calling a press conference seemingly every 20 minutes, has completely flipped the polls his way. All their posturing has been a big act. The GOP always, repeat always, folds in the end. Their vote today was a hollow, feel good victory. Boehner threw a bone to the true believers. It will go no further.
