I used to get bad migraines; accidentally found out it was from eating chocolate, shellfish, and aged cheese. Theobromine narrowed the veins in my head. I laid off those things for over 5 yrs. Really, after a couple of weeks off them, the migraines went away completely. I’m still off shellfish completely, aged cheese for the most part, can have a little chocolate from time to time. I reckon I got the theobromine cleared out of my system during the initial 5 yrs. or so off those foods. Whew. No food is worth how those headaches hurt!

I feel for you; those three food groups can make for great stress relief...if they don't give you migraines.
