Republicans, bring him a pack of cigarettes to the next meeting. Lay them out on the table with matches, and tell him you do not care if he lights up. This way he won't have to leave the meeting, and you all do not care if he ‘smokes’.

The mass PR would be very BAD for Republicans IF they lit up a cigarette in his House. BamBamKennedy is the one under pressure since the peoples house gained freedom last November... I think it would be a very poignant gesture to let BamBamKennedy know all he has in his deck is that 'joker', by bringing him cigarettes.
