It was another poster who questioned about possibly charging Casey with kidnapping. My question was concerning the Feds charging Casey with filing a false claim that her baby was kidnapped. Since kidnapping is a "Federal crime" I would think Casey could be brought up on charges for her false claim of kidnapping causing the FBI to get involved.
