Though a recent Gallup poll found that nearly two-thirds of America believes that Casey Anthony was guilty of murder, one of her defense attorneys considers himself squarely in the minority on that topic. "I do believe her story," defense attorney Cheney Mason told TODAY's Savannah Guthrie on Monday. "I believed it from the first time I met her"...
Mason said he met with Anthony in her home weeks before he officially became a member of the defense team...

I have contemplated the possibility of similar things as well. Thanks for elucidating them so succintly and concisely on this thread for all to peruse.
Just another get a rope thread? Puhleeze. Yet another post trying to ascrive motive or intent...
Your ad homs aren’t needed. Then again, mayve you are the all powerful mind reader...
I love that movie line. Wasn’t even thinking about it when I posted, either. :)

I knew you were going to say that!
That could be a part of it. (some jury members were so p-od at the prosecutor going after murder 1 that they didnt even render the lowest possible of the three verdicts possible)
I’m not against the death penalty, but I just couldn’t give Casey the death penalty with the evidence the prosecution presented- and especially with creepy George with his ‘selective memory’, his dishonesty brought to light (in denying an affair with the Cruz woman when his actions and emails indicated otherwise) and the lying Cindy.
They all acted suspicious to me.
As I said, I think Casey accidentally caused the child’s death, panicked, put the body in bags in the trunk, began partying frantically to ‘forget’. (this is how some immature, twisted people act) At a later date, George and Cindy found out but agreed at this late date to cover it all up to save Casey from a murder 1.
I still think the system worked.
A person is innocent until proven guilty.
The prosecution just did not prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
At any rate, we need to get back to business. We have an election to win.
If we don’t get the Marxist/Muslim usurper out of the White House, we may one day not have a judicial system or anything else to argue about.
Here is the Daily Mail link that I talked about at the beginning:
It was my source and has the quoted part that I gave in the comment area before post #1. Quite an interesting article... Lines up with other news sources on the net.
He’s just keeping it classy! Sarc.
Keeping it classy is just par for the course for him!
lol...me too!!!!
I am surprised the jury is in hiding - I've never seen that before - must be awful to be them!!!
That’s what I’m thinking, I think maybe they have buyers remorse. None of the juror I’ve heard so far as impressed me. And the foreman wasn’t all that bright. My guess is maybe smitten with Casey? She is a looker that’s for sure.
