it’s not defective.What you are seeing ..or can’t see..is an ad...it is in black..and at the top it says continue on to the site..and yes, I don’t like them either.
My theory is that an ad that blocks text you are reading is a defect. Reflective of the defective brains that created the ad and configured the site. :-)
Kind like inviting folks over for dinner, and then putting the tablecloth OVER the meal.
