With a penchant for tough talk and polarizing positions, Republican presidential contender Michele Bachmann is a magnet for controversy — and there's a trail of police reports to prove it.
She and her staff over the years have requested police protection or investigations when her house was egged; when protesters threw glitter on her or held up critical signs; when her campaign yard signs were stolen; when a man wrote an email perceived as a threat; and when she screamed that two women were holding her hostage "against my will" in a city hall restroom.

The best way to shut them up is to loudly proclaim exactly what they do and who they are.
I am confident that when the voters have lost their ability to lay around in luxury and have to face the fact its time to go to work or starve, many will remember Common Sense, then the libs loose.

Actually I think people here looked in every nook and cranny they could to find this stuff. The MSM couldn’t be bothered.
Right now the media thinks his birth certificate has been provided. They thought so before this version too.
That’s been the model for the press so far as it relates to Obama. Yes, you’ll get some local paper do some digging. It’s never picked up by the major papers. There’s no follow through.
I’m not sure the Left ever took this information serious, because they never saw it presented in an earnest sober manner by big papers and the evening news.
At least that’s my take on it.
Your premise about his stuff being out there and them voting for him anyway, may be true for folks who really did try to look him up on the internet.
I’m thinking a possible corn on Bachmann’s left foot will get more MSM attention than Obama’s past did. And the Left will be convinced that makes her unfit.

When I read the headline, I thought it would be about something Bachmann had done. Turns out it was about what others had done to her. Accident? Hardly.

The Presidential Election has started already and the mainstream media are in all out campaign mode, attacking any of those candidates they view as a real threat to their Marxist Kenyan God. Except NOTABLY - the one they KNOW who can't win - ROMNEY.

That is exactly why we paid what we did then. We wanted to see her in person at a private smaller event and knew that price was only going to go up given her star power and meteoric rise.
It was around 350/ticket for her dinner(?)
I remember being invited to a Bush dinner here in Nashville in 2002 with around 250 folks and it was 2500/plate...more for meet and greet
Even Fred Thompson exploratory dinner at Mike Curb’s digs in 2007 was around 2000/head
My dad used to go for Reagan stuff and was a Bush I pioneer...it’s just expensive.
I have only ever paid like that to see Sarah Palin and it seemed like a bargain...it was worth it...there were several freepers there...I met two of them...ladies from North Carolina...I don’t want to put them out on jump street right now

All that the idiot who wrote this article has done here is to further dilute the meaning of “polarize.” He uses the term as though it’s a bad thing for the voters to represent two opposing points of view. That, of course, is typical of any liberal, to whom the term “bipartisan” means that democrats get their way on every aspect of an issue.

And the MSM didn’t question who Michelle got a giant raise at the hospital after her husband was elected to the senate, yet her valuable job was eliminated after Obama was elected president.
What? She’s not a doctor? No, she’s the “Vice President of Community and External Affairs” at the University of Chicago Hospitals. She was promoted to that position shortly after her husband became a Senator, and her salary jumped from $121,900 to $316,962. (Oh, and did I mention that Barack Obama managed to get an additional million or so in tax dollars for her employer in one of his “earmarks?”)
Exactly what does a “Vice President of Community and External Affairs” for a hospital do? To the average American, it sounds something like “public relations,” and brings to mind the hospital executive who stands behind a lectern (yes, lectern; a podium is something you stand on, not behind) full of microphones to tell reporters whether the celebrity who overdosed has died yet. But I’m from Chicago and I don’t recall ever seeing Mrs. Obama on television (at least not until her husband was elevated to sainthood), so she must perform some other function.
“I don’t know how much work is involved in community and external affairs for a hospital, but inasmuch as Michelle is only a vice president, there must be someone above her who does something even more important. And he or she must be good at it, or Mrs. Obama would certainly have been awarded that presidential position. After all, if Barack wants to waltz right into the Presidency without paying his dues for even four more years, why make Michelle suffer with such a lowly title as VP? But let’s not feel too sorry for her, as one can assume she’ll get another raise if hubby makes it into the White House.
At any rate, it turns out that Mrs. Obama’s main achievement at the University of Chicago Medical Center has been to figure out a way to steer people away from its emergency rooms and toward neighborhood clinics. Located on the South Side, the hospital is surrounded by a large number of poor, uninsured Chicagoans. As such, those people are profit-takers, not profit-makers. The fewer you take in, the better your balance sheet. We all know that an awful lot of poor (and even non-poor) people go to emergency rooms for non-urgent health situations. Many have nowhere else to go, have no regular family doctor, have no insurance, and have little money. Hospitals have no choice but to accept some of those patients, but to recover the expense they must overcharge their insured patients. It’s a delicate balancing act performed by all hospitals.
Mrs. Obama’s plan is called the Urban Health Initiative. It was promoted aggressively, with the help of David Axelrod, a long-time Chicago political consultant (and now Barack Obama’s main campaign strategist). Community leaders were recruited to support the initiative, and articles about it were placed in Chicago magazines and newspapers. Mrs. Obama’s main function was apparently to spread the word to area residents not to use the hospital, making them believe it was better for them not to rely on a facility with an excellent reputation – a reputation so good that even citizens of Canada venture to Chicago for treatment. (And everyone knows Canada has the best health care someone else’s money can buy… except when the lines are too long… and you die while waiting for that care.)”

Not a peep from the MSM. And Axelrod was involved. That should have been a big red flag. Imagine what else is out there. And Obama’s mother working for Geithner’s father - I would love to know what that was all about. These people make me sick!
