NO its the Michigan case that is done . It was a pro Obama case cooked up by a left wing group.It was considered a insignificant case and ignored by real legal experts.
VA and FL have not been completed.

I stand corrected. I was reading
Cuccienlli's take on the ruling and somehow read it as the Virginia case being dealt with, even though the article does make it clear that it wasn't.
