Can someone tell me what is taking the SCOTUS so long to take this case? Have all lower court rulings gone through their paces?
I can’t help thinking that they will wait until we have reached the point of no return.

Can someone tell me what is taking the SCOTUS so long to take this case? Have all lower court rulings gone through their paces? I was just reading that only one of the three principal cases (the Virginia one) has had its circuit court appeal completed.
