Rubio did not vote. I don’t know why. It was “show” vote, with no legislative impact. But, I hardly think that he needs to prove anything with him taking this vote.

I’m surprised that Mitch voted Yes. He’s been speaking out strongly against tax increases. I’m not sure what he was thinking with that Yes vote.

If he was in town and didn't vote against this, he may as well have voted for it.
If he was out of town for a family emergency, I'll give him a pass. Otherwise....
AFAIAC for anything less than a *real* family emergency, these clowns should be in attendance all the time.
