The article go on to detail that not only was aware of the program in 2009, but stated that he was expanding it, which clearly contradicts his May 3rd 2011 assertions of ignorance.

The affirmative action president along with his affirmative action AG.
Now who would have expected anything to ever go wrong?
They don’t need to worry about it too much because most of the ‘hopey-changy’ idiots who voted for Obama don’t understand the whole issue anyway.

If this is the case (and it looks very much like it is), can’t he be charged with perjury if his testimony to the Committee was under oath? That’s what Roger Clemons is in trouble for, so Holder should be held to the same standards.

Taking the article at face value, Holder can modify his prior statement, and say he knew of Gunrunner, but only as it related to kidnappings and extortion. Nothing in the article proves that he knew about the actual authorization of guns across the border. Think about it, would Holder or any other U.S. official go to a conference in Mexico and tell them that he has authorized weapons to be walked into Mexico, and that he is expanding the operation? I need the “smoking gun” here. I need to see the actual proof that he is lying about the guns part. He DOES need to step down because this happened on his watch, But I need something more concrete than the information in this article.

Make no mistake that Obama knew also. This is no different then Nixon authorizing the bombing of COSVN HQ in early 69. Zero authorized this and Holder advised US Attorneys.

I’m assuming that when Holder testified before Issa’s committee he was under oath, and therefore perjured himself.
