Big crowds are being urged to flood the openings of The Undefeated, the movie about former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's political rise, the latest indication that the 2008 vice presidential nominee is still looking for a signal from the public that it wants her to run for president.

In a blast email, "Team Sarah" asked supporters to start buying tickets to premiers in cities like Indianapolis, Orlando and Phoenix. "You can be the spark that becomes a grassroots revolution helping to ignite, solidify, inform, and unify Americans around the values that Sarah Palin represents, and, frankly, it isn't that terribly hard!," said the email. "Team Sarah wants to see "The Undefeated" become a BIG success and we are treating this like OPENING DAY in a long battle to promote the VALUES we see that Sarah Palin represents! But, we need to ACT! Please don't waste time."

Palin has been showing the movie in Iowa and a few other places, but supporters feel that having a successful opening will prove that she remains politically relevant and influence her decision to run for the White House.

As much as I like and support SP, she needs to grow up, step up tothe plate and play ball. Yes, she has had it rougher than most, so what? If she wants it, she is going to have to get serious and get inthe game instead of sitting on the sidelines waiting and watching how it all “shakes out” before she makes up her mind. She is waiting for the most optimum strategic moment to join in. If she waits till election day to announce her candidacy both the Republican candidate and Obama will have beat each other up so much that she can just push them both out of the way and win a ‘write-in’ landslide victory. And that way the MSM never sets their sights on her and instead targets the other candidates, and she can continue to get paid to do FNC exclusives. She will make history with this unconventional campaign.

Agree. The little kabuki dance is so old. In essence she is begging to be drafted. Isn't gonna happen. Now, she might very well win the nomination in a traditional race if as you say she would get in the race and stop posturing---and actually get an organization. But this continued game of "I'm not in (wink)" will not result in delegates.

I'm guessing that the attendance at the films resembles that of "Atlas Shrugged," which is to say, slow---but I admit I have no numbers and would love to see some IMDB or other numbers.
