That wasn’t the issue at this trial. The prosecution can feel free to charge others they may think have killed her but they can’t charge Casey again because of double jeopardy.

While technically it wasn’t the issue, it’s something that has to enter anyone’s mind when determining whether someone is guilty or not. It’s simply the way my mind works. I probably wouldn’t make a good juror, because I’m not exactly sure what reasonable doubt is. Is it 30% doubt? 5% doubt? Everybody has a different definition.
