While technically it wasn’t the issue, it’s something that has to enter anyone’s mind when determining whether someone is guilty or not. It’s simply the way my mind works. I probably wouldn’t make a good juror, because I’m not exactly sure what reasonable doubt is. Is it 30% doubt? 5% doubt? Everybody has a different definition.

The generally accepted definitions- at least as they taught in law school:

preponderence of the evidence: 51%
beyond a reasonable doubt: 95-99%
