What we want to know is just exactly 'what' did they deliberate over to arrive at a not guilty decision.

Lunch!

Very nice...I'm sure you'd say this comment to Mr. Mason's face!

Oh, if only.......

According to you....while Mr. Mason was "a bird-flipping, raging liberal drunk", he and the rest of the defense team won the case over inept, unskilled, and largely unprepared prosecutors.

He and Bozo won with a pile of stinking lies (for which both should be disbarred), fed to a pack of willing, IDIOT, LIBERAL flunkees, who obviously didn't comprehend the charges.

Obviously Casey Anthony has serious common sense behavioral problems evolving from a dysfunctional family environment. I can’t begin to comprehend the family’s actions in her child’s death. That in and of itself leaves all options on the table. That they would act completely irrational by staging a homicide over a possible accident or accidental murder is totally plausible in context - but being mentally ill is not a crime and you can’t convict based on a bizarre, sociopathic thought pattern.

It is better that many guilty go free than that one innocent person be found guilty. Always. No matter who the defendent is. No matter what the crime is. Even the death of a precious little girl.

I live in Texas in we have both.

The jury selection took quite a while so it’s a mystery to me how they got so many misfits.

Florida is a wierd place to boot

I just heard Vinnie Napolitan state that juror #3 has come forward and made a statement that they “felt sick to their stomach” when making this verdict. One thing just hit me. If you have a sick feeling in your stomach over what you are about to do, is that not a sign that it is not a “good” thing??? That something just isn’t right? I fear that people have overriden their God-given innate sense of right and wrong, black and white. Everything is relative, rationalized. This jury made me sick to MY stomach. Hope somebody tells them exactly how we feel about them as they come out of the woodwork looking for their 15 minutes.

there is NO proof Casey is the one who dumped that baby there. The only "evidence" they found...

.....The evidence was given of: the baby blanket matched the bunting in Caley's crib, The duck tape matched the tape in the house, The 'two' bags she was buried in were also represented from the house.....'Someone' from that house dumped Caley in that swamp.

I heard Mark Levin misstating evidence on the radio last night, and he disgusted me. There, I said it.

Good for you. He disgusted me when he defended OJ 16 years ago. I have not, nor will I ever, get over that.

They disqualified more than 4000 to come up with that jury! Shocking.

Yeah, Rick had the entire family’s number. Sickening how this all unfolded the way we suspected it would.

Let me ask a question: if they convicted her of lying to law enforcement, what the hell did they think she was lying about??? The lying is directly tied to Caylee’s disappearance.

I thought it would be hung jury and was sad about that. Now I’d love a hung jury.

I was summoned once for a big federal drug case, because of a personal emergency I misread and didn’t show up. I was threatened with arrest...I called the number and explained my mother had had open heart surgery and had a staph infection and was in the hospital for months and I was an emotional wreck. I apologized and asked her what I could do, she put me on hold and came back on telling me to write a letter explaining my situation and I would be excused as if I had served. This would mean I wouldn’t be called again for years. I have never been summoned since.

My mother’s roommate in the hospital...her husband was the DA there.....he advised me to tell the judge when asked that I think all drug dealers should get 20 years in jail.....it would allow the judge to pull me for being biased and not force either side to use one of their chances to pull someone. He told me federal drug cases can put me at risk. He thought I was too distraught over my mother to serve anyway, which was why he advised me to do this. He told me it is not unheard of for jurors in cases like that to be threatened...he really, really did not want me to serve. Kind of blew my mind, but I never had to go.

From the info on these jurors, many have problems in their families with the law already - they should never have been seated

“None of this surprised me,” said Anthony’s ex-sister-in-law Pam Plesea. “When my son was 4 years old and we threw him a birthday party, Casey was just days or weeks old. Cindy showed up at my home and put the infant Casey up in my face and said, 'What a shame you will never know how it feels to have your own child.' I was mortified. My son was adopted, but he is my child and she then said, 'Oh, I meant that you never will have a girl, and it’s the best thing for a mother. She’s my life now.' Well, 25 years later, I see she is willing to possibly perjure herself for her daughter.”

Go here for the entire interview from ex-sister-in-law and Rick's wife Pam:

Is it better that many guilty go free than one innocent person found guilty if those guilty kill again? Try telling that to their families.

We do have our own brand of Native Floridians misfits but when people(?) come from other states and do not adapt, different story.
Stupid drivers, HOA Nazis and Condo Nazis are some of the funniest to deal with.
As for jury selection, check out the Bios. on the jury and you decide what they were looking for. Wrong side of the plate legal-wise.

Been out for a couple of hours so haven't read thread to catch up yet.

Did you hear what Juror # 3 said? This is UNfreakinreal. She told ABC News:

Casey Anthony juror Jennifer Ford said today that she and the other jurors cried and were "sick to our stomachs" after voting to acquit Casey Anthony of charges that she killed her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. "I did not say she was innocent," said Ford, who had previously only been identified as juror number 3. "I just said there was not enough evidence. If you cannot prove what the crime was, you cannot determine what the punishment should be.

This statement shows to me that at least THIS juror was thinking ahead to the PENALTY PHASE and this leads us to question whether or not Judge PErry remembered to add the instruction ALWAYS given- that it is their job ONLY to find the facts of the CASE- NOT to determine the PUNISHMENT.

Holy CRAP!
