Morning all, didn't see a thread for today so I created one.
Democrats from Pinellas County have no common sense. Wow. We should have known this was gonna happpen from the beginning. From when they picked a juror who “could not judge”. What?????
It was an accident that snowballed out of control. Accident. No killer.
No kidding. I’m watching some of these comments and shuddering to think of some of the company I’ve been keeping on FR. Something like this teaches a lot of lessons, not all of them pleasant.
By all means....follow your feelings.
I guess this means that Casey can get back to partying.
They would have done better to go to Tallahassee or Panama City for jurors. More conservative part of the state
Silly duct tape, too, wrapped three times around the face and head. So, silly, Casey! Right Fishtalk? Such a common, silly thing.
Put honestly, Casey will either end up in jail on some different conviction (like OJ) or in some horrific mess that she will have to end up living with. No man will go near her, no family will want her, the police will possibly end up looking for any excuse to make her life a misery and her ability to get a job is crippled. She might get some money from books deals or an interview, but how long will that last?
Partying will happen, but how long until she starts getting banned from clubs based on what has happened? She might get in even, but the other clubbers will shun her and avoid being seen talking to her. When she steps into the bathroom, the other women will end up snubbing her or won’t talk around her. She will end up being so alone and either eaten up by guilt or she will end up just alone at some point getting into more trouble. Women like her always get into something.
In a Court of Law she is innocent and in time we will see if she ends up straight or in jail again. OJ is at this point in jail on other charges and bankrupt, Casey may well end up in the same situation.
IIRC, the prosecution did not use a jury consultant. I bet they will the next time a high profile case comes along.
You mean like who is the best salesmen in the courtroom and can sway the jury to agree with your case? PROOF, WHO NEEDS PROOF? I THINK IT THEREFORE I AM!
That is how you want people convicted?
Hey, hehe, that SOB looks guilty as **** lets throw him in the slammer!!! Yeah, that's the ticket.
Proof beyond a reasonable doubt???? WTF is that???
We don't need that stinking Constitution when it fits MY needs and opinions.
So now common sense is the standard for convictions.......right on FReeper!!
Her attorney is filling in until Casey gets out!
Party on Baez, a little girl is DEAD! Dance on her grave, you fool!
All of this might happen but one thing is for sure: our jury system is broken. When are we going to fix it?
Whether we like the outcome or not, the judicial system worked. She was not found guilty due to reasonable doubt.
We all have strong opinions on this, but the only opinion that matters is that of our judicial system.
I still remember how sure I was that the Duke Three was guilty as sin and we all know the outcome of that case.
Anyway, I am certain we have not heard the last of that bottom-feeding, lying, skanky, sociopath. She will be back in the news again - you watch.
Do I support lies from a jackass that can confuse a bunch of Democrats???? Not today.
Let’s hope her next murder gets her a conviction. She got away scot-free with this one, so she’s emboldened. She’ll go after someone else, bet on it.
Now wait a minute...I said it was a bad choice of words in a post that had way more many words, sincere, that you and your ilk keep ignoring.
but you’re having fun with it.
Still, as i understand it, and I could be wrong, the duct tape was NOT actually on the skull when it was found. The duct tape was found by the skull, not wrapped around the skull.
Expert testimony was that the duct tape had been attached and wrapped around the skull and I believe it probably was. I stipulated in my post with the poor choice of words that you and your ilk choose to mock despite my coming clean that it wasn’t phrased all that well, that I thought that Casey taped the child’s mouth to shut her up.
Try being a little fair, it always reflects better on you.
OK. Let me ask you a very simple question. If there were 9 horrible murderers lined up against a wall and one totally innocent person. Assume you do not know which one is innocent. Would you go down the line and shoot them all in the head in order to make sure the 9 were executed? It is a simple Yes or No.
Are you talking about the unethical sleazy attorney who won at all cost by throwing out a lie with no evidence to back it up?!
Zanny the nanny was really xanax. Stupid mother drugged her and put duct tape over her mouth. She murdered the child but had no intention. (opinion). I have a tough time with the three pieces of duct tape instead of one covering just the mouth.
