What do her alleged criminal activities have to do with whether he raped her or not?

Maybe she is lying and it was sex and not rape. The prosecutors seem to think it is possible.

hmmmm, if she WAS involved in some other suspicious activity and this was NOT rape, it would be very UNLIKELY that she would go to the police.

I smell a rat. Or a coverup.
