:) Good advice. They don’t dampen my efforts to unseat this regime one bit; but it’s still frustrating to hear them, especially when they aren’t willing to contribute by phone banking, or campaigning or volunteering or donating money. I guess it’s because my Mom used to always tell me “Can’t never could” every time I’d say I can’t do ______. As an adult, when I hear people say “can’t”, I want to scream.
Generally "I can't" means 'I won't'..... even if someone gives them a choice or an alternative. Misery LOVES company....as is said.... but sometimes just agree with them, in a very exaggerated manner, and they'll then switch to a more positive light.
