I wonder if the U.N. has officially acknowledged that most of the world needs to start encouraging high fertility rates just to level off. That, because it is true. At Japan’s current fertility rate, they figure it will all be diminished within a short time frame.
The UN only wants to encourage evil tyrants, jihadis, and African dictators. From what I can gather. Populations? They don’t like people, unless they’re the tyrants, dictators, jihadis or GLBTs.
