NO conservative would equate Perry with Obama. Real conservatives would vote for Elmer Fudd — as Rush phrased it — before they would want Obama to get reelected. BTW Rush also said Perry is his dream candidate.

Well, I guess I haven’t gotten the updated memo for what I should be for/against as a Conservative.
The time I vote for “anyone” because they aren’t a democrat is over. Time and time again I’ve done that only to see the GOP either do nothing, or make things worse. So for ME, I’ll vote Tea Party types, or I’ll vote 3rd party. The GOP has done nothing to earn my vote the past decade or so.
As for what Rush thinks, I could care less. I don’t look to anyone to decide who I should like, I’m a big boy, and can think all on my own.
As an added bonus, I’ll tell you who I DO like. Palin, Bachmann, Cain, West, JC Watts, Alan Keyes, Ron Paul.
