To: Our man in washington
So let’s say some gay guy gets married and later wants to divorce and cites the infidelity of his partner. The cheating partner hires some hotshot gay attorney to say that promiscuity in gay marriage is “cultural.” Some radical judge agrees. Soon, straights demand the same “rights” as gays to cheat on their partner.

Sorry to say, you are living in the past (I wish we all still were, if even only a few hours in the past!) All 50 states and DC now have no-fault divorce laws, which means you don't have to cite any wrongdoing by the other spouse to get a divorce. You just say, "the marriage is irretrievably broken," and you're entitled to a divorce.
