Sen. Giusanti says as a lawyer he cannot legally come up with an arguement against same-sex marriage...though he claims catholic several times thru his speaking.
He says civil unions alone don’t work.
He constantly says he’s been struggling with this issue....so we once again hear evidence that those who are in position of making decisions for good and against evil do know that this is a spiritual struggle....and they will yield to the winning side within them.
He voted affirmative.
Today...On Friday June 24, 2011... ‘Gay Marriage Act was passed’ in the N.Y. State Senate in Albany NY.
