IMO these types of errors should never occur. For heaven’s sake, he is reading it off of a teleprompter. Doesn’t anyone there check and double check facts? If it were my employee, they would now be known as “former”. Since he really doesn’t know anything about the military or their importance and appears to consider them irrelevant, it doesn’t surprise me either.
I can’t stand this President at all...I’ve been around since Truman and he’s definitely going down as the worst one in my life time so far...
Having said that, I have to give the man some credit...as stupid as he is... he at least took the effort to call and apologies to the family...
Just wanted to get that off my chest...now let’s get him in the history books as a one term President!
In order to be disappointed in someone's behavior, you have to have expected better. I would not expect that Obama could do better. He was off his teleprompter. If he were reading from a teleprompter, then you could express disappointment... in his speech writers.
Obama is an empty shell. You can't expect much from such a shallow soul.
Obama really thinks all the world adores him. This audience wasn’t the church ladies from the neighborhood, but that’s just a detail. What a preener.
Actually, assuming the report is true (a big assumption), I like that it was private. Reminds me of something G.W. Bush might have done.
And there the comparison ends. I’m sure Obama had a political motive, while Bush would have been motivated by something higher. Or so I see it.
