Darwinism feeds right into elitism (as some are more “evolved” than others),
so it’s no wonder leftists embrace it as the basis of their worldview.
The irony is that they fall below their own artificial threshold for human rights. If their policies are ever enacted and followed according to their specifications, they’ll be among the first to be sterilized, euthanized and harvested.
