Fresh off her well-received performance in last week's GOP presidential debate, Rep. Michele Bachmann now tops the field of candidates in a new Zogby poll of Republican primary voters.
The poll found Mrs. Bachmann garnering 24 percent of the vote, well-ahead of businessman Herman Cain and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who each received 15 percent support.

I’ve never heard of Matthew Perry. Gov. Perry is well enough known.
To my knowledge Palin has not said she is running. Perennial candidate and known kook RuPaul has. Surely even you can see the difference.
“The poll found Mrs. Bachmann garnering 24 percent of the vote, well-ahead of businessman Herman Cain and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, who each received 15 percent support.”
Has this poll been confirmed?
Yep, first one of the three opens up a lead, we need to coalesce around him/her and lay waste to the RINO’s.
Why ask me when it's not my poll or my thread?
Do you search for Bachmann’s name every 5 or is it 30 seconds before you post your anti-Bachmann spam ( in which you refuse to post links for no matter how many times asked?)
Go to DU and post your spam they will believe it because they probably authored that garbage.
“I am sure you have proof? email, memo, recordings, witnesses?”
What’s that chirping sound I hear?
I’m voting for Bachmann. The rest are too liberal.
I claim the same about Huntsman. What goes with an Obama toe sucker claiming to be different?
Sorry, if FR let me post to a thread without replying to a particular person, I would have done that here.
Apologies.
Nonsense. Bachmann is a Patriot and the real deal. She critized Romneycare last Friday and there are youtubes of her critizing Romenycare. She is following Reagans model of trying not to critize fellow Republicans and is focusing on Hussein. I suspect she will, at the proper time, make comparisons. She is no Romneybot. Sheesh.
Last Friday she said this (The Hill Blog).
-"Whether it's on the state level or the federal level, I think it's unconstitutional to require anybody to purchase health insurance as a condition of citizenship," Bachmann said, alluding to the Massachusetts law.
I'm not sure you understand what being a federalist conservative really means. States, under this belief, have the right to make their own mistakes. Don't like it? Move to another state, or change the law within your current state. Asking the President to interfere in a state issue is exactly what Obama is doing with SB 1080 in AZ. Frankly, that's none of Obama's business, and neither is RomneyCare Bachman's business as a potential President.
“all of the sudden”
Grammar fail, x 2
Blah blah...BDS strikes again.
Cheers.
Michele Bachmomma isn’t going to make it to Iowa. Today we learned that she possibly hasn’t quite wrapped her pretty little brain around the difference between a campaign speech and a press conference. The ALLEGATION is she used appropriated funds to pay for a campaign appearance. IF this is true (and goodness I certainly hope it isn’t) she isn’t much better than a petty thief.
Didn’t Palin sell her soul when she said she would be Romney’s VP?
And another missed point.
You will have to ask the author of the article.I will try a search later on. It is strange.
