I noticed that NOBODY has mentioned the fact that Mr.Cain is a 100% African American. He makes it a point however to state that he's an American and refuses to use any hyphenation

Yes, he indeed would be the first black president. : )

This country needs new leadership from outside of the establishment. I'm tired of the same recycled bunch of Washington insiders we have to choose from. If we want to change the direction of this country we have to change the way we choose our representatives.

I don’t see why we should be impressed that Cain doesn’t go with the hyphenation. Expecting it is leftist p.c. cr@p. He IS just a plain American and is NOT an African.
But now is not the time to “bring Black America to conservatism” Now is the time to save the country for all of us first, or it won’t even matter.
And what on earth does winning over cancer have to do with being qualified for the presidency?
I’m getting awfully worried about the way-out-in-left-field reasons some people have for supporting a candidate - could we please keep our eye on the ball?!

African AmericanI really wish people would stop using that term.
Herman Cain is black, and he is awesome. A Cain/Bachmann ticket would be fantastic.
